With over two decades at the helm of a successful international venture consulting practice, I've helped raise over $60m in investment capital for firms with a combined turnover of over $300m.

Today, I guide companies in the burgeoning longevity industry. This work complements my role as Founder and CEO of The Interlude Café–a new media and education platform aimed at the 45+ demographic–and as the author of the forthcoming book, The New Midlife.

As life expectancy edges towards the 90-to-100-year mark, my mission is to redefine aging, advocating for a life full of purpose and engagement, well into our later years.
